(no subject)

You awaken to blackness. Frightening, although familiar--this is the same terrible thing you narrowly avoided during your first trip into Lebensbaum. The pain of your death is still real, echoes of the wounds you suffered appearing on your skin. Inspecting your surroundings will tell you that you've woken up inside of the cooled, empty bonfire pit....and the town as it was is nowhere to be seen.

The sky is a whirlwind of blank, dark void. What previously acted as roadblocks on either side of the town seems to have moved upward, blocking out most of the sun's light. The street is barren, filled with piles of broken concrete, shattered glass, and smoking craters where many of the buildings used to be. Old bloodstains dot the pavement, mixing in with overturned cars and crumbling brick walls. Lebensbaum is a dead town, in more ways than one.

Except for the hotel. It stands, as dusty and abandoned as it ever was, but no worse for the wear. Scorch marks can be seen on the ground around it in a clear border, as though it had a barrier protecting it from whatever destroyed the village. If you venture inside, everything is in its place, as though the outside wasn't completely obliterated.

The living can be seen walking around, going about their daily lives, and if you concentrate, you can even see the buildings as they once were--in working order, clean, and in one piece.

As of Monday on Week 10, however, there is a door, seemingly pasted into the middle of the street. As the days tick by, the doors will increase in number, one for each victim.

Yeah, okay, so we were talking about some of this a while ago. I gotta hand it to Youko-san, team shady really sums things up and makes things shorter... This was just what I came up with the people we talked to so far; it's all up to you guys, got it?
Team Trouble Hostage Mammon Lucifer Miata Shady
Ace Undyne Papyrus Sans Vegeta Astrid Morrigan
Backup Sadie Alisha Rhys Cheshire Urashima Break
Lookout Clover Satori Youko Takao Lithuania Gilbert
The idea was like, the ace should have literal magical powers [JUST LIKE THE GENERATION OF MIRACLES] and the backup should be at least good with weapons, and then the lookout might be whatever but will focus mostly on deciding routes and stuff while the others actually get close up to attack. As far as I know most people in each group get along with each other, but if you have better ideas, say whatever you want. The biggest change after that was that Bill volunteered for diversion team, and I'd love to hear where Marisa-san and Kawara want to pitch in; you deserve to fight like the rest of us if you want, I'm sure you'll do great. There are enough people left over to form a second team - honestly, I think team shady is probably going to see Satan at least, so it's a good thing Ms. Morrigan has experience. Oh, yeah, I split up Rhys - the teams were rounded out that way and Sans and Youko-san were both okay working with you, but if you want to swap someone else in and stick with team shady, then whatever.

tsuioku: i'll lean on what matters. (and since the roof fell in)

[Ryouta bristles for a brief moment.] ...I'm not a fighter. That's not the kind of bird I am, so...let me help rescue the hostages. Your people.

Yeah. I was figuring you'd be in a lookout role like me. [He gives Ryouta a brief, sad, sympathetic smile. Himself, Ryouta, Hinata - somebody please let the envy boys just go back to high school.]

Marisa-san said she was okay with hostages too - if she still feels that way, and there's another person interested, what do you think about the six of you forming two teams of three? Since the hostages are split into two groups already.

[A nod.] I think...that would work well.

[Butting in--]

Kirisame and I are acquainted from home. Having both of us work on the hostages could be beneficial, whether to have two teams with access to danmaku or a team with two members who already understand each other well enough.

[Marisa will be kind enough NOT to explain how that happened again but nod her head. Besides, there is a moment of her relived to know that someone might have a idea when she's going overboard.]

Yeah, you could put it that way. Either way works but if you want that ta be a thing I'm for it.

[Satori..you might have a witch who may not steal things from you by the end of this.]

Thank you, Takao.

From my discussion with the living, I can say that Himeko will be bringing our items to the basement--and I got Buddy's confirmation that she will be bringing your staff, Morrigan. Buddy will detonate the boat house, and Roxy will help on the distraction front. Yoite and Dhaos have agreed to help get the book and key where they need to be if something happens to me while I'm on my way there. [You know, if she gets ghostmurdered or whatever.] Poland and Faize will be escorting Miata and guarding her as well, and Hinata will be helping with the hostages.

I believe Dhaos and Yoite will also be going after Katerina if at all possible. [That may be a thing they can help with as well.]

I should probably stress again that Mammon and Lucifer are at full power, just so everyone is especially aware. And, ah, I've been using a lot of energy, so while I'll certainly stay near Miata, I don't know what state I'll be in after all this. [So much running around writing on things.]
